Meet Our Leadership Team
LJ Sevick
CIO (Chief Influencing Officer)
Founder and Chief Influencing Officer of i2i, LJ Sevick has over 10 years of sales leadership experience in face to face acquisition channels. LJ started his direct sales career in an entry-level door to door commission only role, although he admits he was uncertain in taking the role at the time, he is forever grateful for having an open mind as it was one of the best decisions he has ever made. LJ has effectively led sales teams in various product categories including telecommunications, residential solar, clean energy, and smart home technology.
LJ has a proven track record in driving high-performance in all face to face sales channels. He understands the idiosyncrasies, psychology, and science of selling a product or service face to face, whether it be door to door, business to business, in a retail store, or at a local event. LJ has used his keen business acumen to implement proven processes and techniques to scale direct sales teams for i2i’s clients. Most importantly, he understands the psychology of a sales representative and has worked with his teams to create a culture to serve and motivate every sales rep and leader in their organization.
LJ’s passion lies in providing relevant tools and resources along with sharing his experiences to develop other leaders. He believes in walking the talk by being bias towards taking massive action and has ingrained this concept with his leadership team. Through his tenure and leadership, he has promoted more people than any other leader in any organization he has been a part of or founded. LJ believes through and through if you possess i2i’s core values, that a role at i2i can be a life-changing opportunity.
When out of the office, LJ loves to travel, Clearwater Beach, Florida is his favorite place to catch some sun, enjoy the views, go fishing and relax. He likes to read, listen to podcasts, and goes to the movies every once in a while (Vince Vaughn is his favorite actor). He really appreciates the relationships and time he gets to spend with family and friends. He loves the Philadelphia Eagles and was fortunate enough to attend Super Bowl LII to see the Eagles beat Tom Brady and the Patriots.
Jason Howard
Sales Leader
Jason Howard has been working in the renewable power industry since 2016. His first direct sales role was a consultant role helping homeowners choose wind power, as well as energy-efficient smart technology and other services to upgrade their homes. He was a top performer in door to door, events, and retail settings. He was promoted to lead the Philadelphia and South Jersey events and retail teams. After that, he worked at Solar Energy World as a solar analyst. There he consultatively assisted homeowners in understanding and selecting customized rooftop solar solutions.
Now, as part of the senior leadership team at i2i, Jason loves that he can help his teammates grow and succeed, and that his teams do well by doing good. He is proud that his i2i family, through their client clients are not only propelling the growth of the renewable energy sector, they also donate to and help build renewable power installations for schools and hospitals in at-risk communities. i2i also contributes to Tony Robbins’ Global Youth Leadership organization.
Jason’s passion for environmental activism began early. In high school, he wrote Futurality, a sci-fi novel. It is set in a Philadelphia where the pollution is so bad that most of the population lives underground. When he is not working, he is usually hanging out with his wife and two cats, reading, writing, or playing video games. He also loves boxing. Growing up he was an amateur fighter and competed in Golden Gloves. Boxing taught him the best way to avoid punches. The key is, he doesn’t take fights anymore, only hits the heavy bag and other things that don’t hit back
Corey Mcgrogan
Sales Leader
As a managing sales partner at i2i Corey McGrogan is well versed in not only sales, marketing and advertising but more importantly people. After spending most of his career with big corporations leading sales and marketing efforts he transitioned to the renewable energy space five years ago. He has a wide range of experience in face to face acquisition channels such as selling door to door, business to business and most recently has been a part of a consulting team for America’s fastest growing clean energy company, where he helped develop processes and strategies to take new products to market. He believes in using his sales experience and leadership through teaching others how to position products that make a positive impact. Corey comes to work everyday confident that he will see something new and challenging everyday and he loves that .
Being a lead figure in i2i is a lifelong dream of his and he is proud to lead a team of talented individuals who are just as passionate about giving back as he is . He believes that it is “ Time to Make a Difference “ and knows that all his i2i family feel the same way. His career at i2i is a prime example of doing well while doing good. His teams can come to work everyday knowing they have a leader that will always have their back and will be there to help develop a certain set of skills you typically won’t get from a class room and most people are unaware they even possess. He’s proud to lead by example and is passionate about giving back, he believes you get what you give and he lives by it .
When he’s not out rescuing dogs and being an all around superhero, you might find him at Flyers game or the newest restaurant. He considers himself a bit of a foodie. Corey is very passionate about his friends and family! Most importantly his four legged companion Cooper who stands by his side like a shadow, so be warned if you cross him you will have to answer to Cooper. Corey believes it’s very important to work hard if you want to play hard. Corey is a great example of showing that those who get ahead in life are those that are willing to do what others are not.
Nancy Santillon
Director of HR Operations (Inspiring Influencer of People)
Nancy Santillon is the Director of HR Operations (Inspiring Influencer of People) at i2i. Nancy is an accomplished HR professional with over 35 years of progressive experience and proven record of significant, successful contributions in transforming legacy systems into modern best in class innovative global applications. Nancy possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including compensation, performance and talent management, vendor management, process improvement, product development life cycle, configuration, and project management. She had the opportunity to travel to other countries in her role including Australia, Hong Kong, and London to provide training on newly implemented systems. Nancy also provided governance and oversight into the HR technology portfolio, budget, and resource capacity with managing a $22M budget.
Nancy attended Philadelphia University with a study in management Information systems obtained six sigma green belt certification and received multiple awards including Award for Excellence, Chairman Awards, and multiple spot awards.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys time with her family and is thrilled whenever they all get together.
She loves creating memories and looking back every so often to see how things and people change over time. She enjoys going to the gym and taking walks. Nancy does admit the one vice she has is going to the Casino, it is her go-to place for relaxation and enjoyment.
Christine Kochevar
Head Recruiter (Developer)
Chrisitne is an accomplished Sr. Recruiter with more than 15-years of experience in the creative space, followed by 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Her area of expertise has been helping people find the right jobs for their careers that they often end up calling there forever homes.
Since 2013 Christine has been successfully placing people in positions throughout the Philadelphia area in a variety of industries. She has always strived to stay ahead of the curve with industry trends by doing things, such as: working closely with top talent; speaking at colleges and universities; attending the latest meetup groups and sitting on the board of several well-established organizations.
She made her career change over seven years ago when she moved to Philadelphia from Chicago. Back in Chicago, she worked as a Graphics Manager but after moving to Philadelphia, she had the opportunity to become a recruiter and has never looked back.
Christine has a deep passion and love for animals and volunteers with the PSCPA. She believes in social responsibility and that it is important to give back whenever possible. Christine is on the board of Fresh Artists, AIGA and Cabrini College, all of which are committed to helping young kids build a better future for themselves.
Taylor Jansen
Recruiter (Engager)
Taylor has been in recruiting for over 6 years now. She has touched on many different avenues of recruiting, including IT, Sales and Operations. Her emotional intelligence and hard work ethic has brought her to be very passionate about recruiting in the sales industry. She has worked with multiple sales channels in the past, but helping build Direct Sales teams is something she gets most excited about.
Taylor’s biggest goal is to help I2I create an environment where people can grow how they want to and be their most true self during the process. She looks to help individuals evolve and reach goals they never thought possible.
Taylor is full of energy, so when she is not crushing in recruiting, she is out with friends, playing with her black lab Athena, or riding horses. If you are a foodie, she is always ready to talk about great restaurants or where the newest brewery is in town. Born and raised in Baltimore, she is a true Ravens and Orioles fan.
