Privacy Policy

SECTION 1 – What Do We Do With Your Information?

As part of the career opportunity process, we collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and resume details.
We receive this information directly from job applicants who apply via third-party job boards (such as Indeed or ZipRecruiter), where users voluntarily submit their details. These details are securely delivered to us via Zoho Recruit’s API integration, which acts as our data processor.
With your permission, we may send you emails, SMS messages, or initiate voice calls regarding job opportunities, interview scheduling, application updates, and company news.

Note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SECTION 2 – Consent

How do you get my consent?

When you provide personal information to complete a job application, request job updates, or schedule interviews, you are consenting to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose only. If we ask for your information for any secondary reason (e.g., marketing), we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to decline.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any marketing SMS
  • Contacting us at: info@influence2inspire.us

SECTION 3 – Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., job boards, interview scheduling tools, communication platforms like Twilio, and analytics tools) to support our services. These providers will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform their services.
We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these providers to understand how your personal information is managed. Note that your data may be processed or stored in a different jurisdiction than your own.

If you provide sensitive data (like credit card information), it is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption.
Although no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we comply with PCI-DSS and implement additional security standards.
